Nikki Karrasch

A Harford County resident since the age of 5, I graduated from Fallston High School and earned a B.S. in Business Administration with a concentration in Marketing from Towson University. My husband, Josh, and I purchased our first home in Abingdon and settled in Forest Hill after welcoming our daughter, Khloé.

 Since graduating from TU, I have worked for my parents’ construction company, in many different capacities, where I sharpened my skill set in client relations, negotiating, accounting, and marketing. I’ve always had a passion for real estate since purchasing my first home and knew that it would be a perfect fit for my talents. Buying or selling a home is such an emotional and important decision and I look forward to guiding my clients by Diamond Home Group’s “Four C’s” – Clarity, Communication, Camaraderie, and Community.

 I enjoy spending my free time with my family, hosting get-togethers for friends, volunteering at my daughter’s school, cooking and decorating my home.
